About the role:
We have a vacancy available in our Mt Wellington-based Refrigeration Contracts team for a Refrigeration Installation Technician.
We are looking for someone who can use their training and experience to meet the installation objectives of the Refrigeration Contracts Department.
This is a hands-on role that will be based predominantly in the field and will be responsible for on-site installation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide "hands-on" installation and other services on projects for the Refrigeration Contracts Department
- Maintaining health and safety standards
We are seeking someone who possess the below experience and attributes:
- Ability to learn on the job and follow instructions
- Be fit and have a good knowledge of hand tools
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Well organised with the ability to meet deadlines, plan, and prioritise
- This role is based in Auckland, with the requirement to travel around New Zealand (predominantly North Island) when required.
- Must have experience working in the refrigeration industry
