Remuneration and Benefits Analyst Role Overview

Key Responsibilities: Remuneration and Benefits Analysis

  • Analyse, benchmark, and report on company remuneration and benefits practices, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity across all roles and locations
  • Support the annual remuneration review process by collating and analysing salary survey data and market trends
  • Contribute to the design, communication, and implementation of employee benefits programmes
  • Partner with People team and management to provide guidance on salary offers, internal job moves, and remuneration queries
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to pay and benefits
  • Prepare clear, concise reports and recommendations for leadership decision-making
  • Champion process improvement, automation, and best practice within remuneration and benefits administration

What You’ll Bring: Skills for Reward and Benefits Success

  • Experience in a remuneration, compensation, or HR analyst role
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data accuracy and detail
  • Ability to interpret and present complex information in a clear, engaging way
  • Strong Excel skills, exposure to HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) desired
  • Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Discreet, ethical, and able to work with sensitive or confidential information
  • Adaptable team player with a proactive, solution-focused approach
