We're seeking a restaurant manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning menus in consultation with chefs.
- Planning and organizing special functions.
- Guiding the junior staff in arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to the budget.
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
- Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional, and of suitable appearance.
- Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.
- Hiring, training, and monitoring waiting and kitchen staff and other junior staff
Ker Requirements:
- Qualification or Work experience: The candidate should have either of the following:
- NZQF Diploma or equivalent or higher, OR,
- at least three years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- A passion for customer service and maintaining high standards.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a dynamic team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
