Hours: Full-time, with a later start (11am–12pm onwards) to align with international markets
Salary: $50,000 base + uncapped commission

The Role
We’re looking for two full-time Sales Development Reps (SDRs) to join our go-to-market team in Christchurch. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for someone early in their career who’s ready to grow fast, take ownership, and make a meaningful difference in the world of education.
You’ll be the first point of contact with prospective schools across the globe, driving top-of-funnel activity, sparking interest, and booking high-quality demos with school leaders.
Day to day you’ll be
- Owning the top of the sales funnel, from prospect research to first contact to qualified handover
- Running thoughtful outbound campaigns using Apollo, email, calls, and LinkedIn
- Booking qualified demos for our Account Executives
- Collaborating closely with AEs to ensure a smooth handover and great trial experience
- Tracking progress, notes, and engagement in HubSpot
- Actively contributing to our outbound messaging, campaigns, and GTM playbook
- Learning from feedback and coaching to sharpen your outreach and sales instincts
Requirements
Must haves
- Live in Christchurch and are happy to work later hours to connect globally
- Are driven by goals and energised by hitting targets
- Communicate clearly, both in writing and conversation
- Love solving problems and bring a curious, growth mindset - whether flying solo or working with others
- Care about making a difference in education and student wellbeing
Nice to haves
- Have 0–2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR or outbound role
- Are familiar with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar tools
- Have worked in a startup or fast-paced environment
