Are you passionate about tea, spices, millets, herbs, and natural supplements? We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to run our specialty boutique and represent our brand at Auckland markets, wellness fairs, and expos. Bring your knowledge, energy, and love for natural products to engage customers, provide free tastings, and showcase the benefits of our premium offerings!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure a welcoming, customer-friendly environment.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout.
- Demonstrate expertise in teas, spices, millets, herbs, natural supplements, and organic pantry products.
- Educate customers on product benefits, quality, and usage.
- Organize and manage stalls at Auckland village markets, night markets, vegan markets, craft markets, wellness fairs, and expos.
- Represent the brand at Go Green Expo, The Food Show, and other health/wellness events across New Zealand.
- Provide free product tastings and trials, explaining the benefits and wellness value.
- Source and manage high-quality products, focusing on organic and sustainable options.
- Conduct inventory checks and manage stock levels to ensure availability.
- Implement merchandising strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Store or Sales Manager, preferably in specialty tea, spices, natural health, or organic retail.
- Strong product knowledge of teas, spices, millets, Indian herbs, natural supplements, and organic pantry items.
- Experience in market stall operations, expos, or event promotion is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging customers and explaining product benefits.
- Detail-oriented with experience in inventory management and merchandising.
- Passion for wellness, Ayurveda, natural living, and sustainable products.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and travel for events.
