About the role

At FUJIFILM Business Innovation NZ, our office paper and specialty media lines have long supported our foundation in print. This role offers you the chance to take ownership of this key product segment, lead a capable team, and drive sustained growth in the B2B and reseller network space.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role will be responsible for selling a range of office paper and specialty media products, driving sales growth, and building strong customer relationships. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding your team to achieve and exceed targets.

Other duties include:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of four sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage relationships with key B2B clients and reseller partners, ensuring excellent service and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with logistics and inventory teams to provide accurate sales forecasts and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimising excess stock.
  • Provide regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Organise and lead sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.

Skills & experience

We are looking for an accomplished sales professional with a track record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving team performance.

The successful candidate will also display:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in B2B sales, preferably in office paper, specialty media, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to develop data-driven strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and support the team.
