This position is for a Salesforce Specialist within the Business Systems Team at EROAD. This exciting role will put you front and centre in our Salesforce transformation.
Our Enterprise Systems team supports the global business through the build and implementation of solutions to enable EROAD to sell and support products that lead to safer and more sustainable roads. We work closely with stakeholders throughout the business and ensure that we identify and build solutions that are robust and scalable.
The scope of the role will require the Salesforce Specialist to deliver the following;
- Help the team to identify what to build by ensuring that business value, particularly through the implementation of the Revenue Cloud project, is considered and that any gaps or inconsistencies are brought into the open and resolved.
- Works at a senior level with stakeholders such as Sales, finance and customer success to design, implement and deliver solutions, including to identify what to build by ensuring that business value is considered and that any gaps or inconsistencies are brought into the open and resolved.
- Avise and implement and build solutions that are scalable and robust along best practice of modern SF practice
- Maintaining knowledge on Force.com applications and using knowledge repositories such as Confluence to record relevant system and product information including implementation and licensing information.
- Salesforce Administration and support tasks based on the Jira tickets and following agreed priority and rankings.
- Ticket and task triage using JIRA from user requests. User troubleshooting being able to identify correct course of action
- Gives continuous feedback to the team on status and progress on current work and enhancements
- Types of oversight of tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Configuration - New product, role profiles, fields and layouts
- Configuration enhancements - Workflow rules and basic coding
- Reports and Dashboards – Building and change requests
- UAT, User Training and System updates
- User administration and licensing
These are the skills, attitude and experience we are looking for:
- SF design and deployment expertise
- Around 10+ years Salesforce Specialist/Support or system administration experience
- Salesforce ADM201 is preferred.
- Salesforce CPQ301 would be beneficial
- Solution architecture experience in multination environment
- Understanding of AI solutions with a SF and wider context
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written
- Must be prepared to act as a partner to the EROAD user community and work proactively with them for high performance outcomes
- Strong customer service skills and culture
- Team Player - Recognises that a team achieves far more than a group of disparate individuals.
- Organised and structured - All changes and new development are carefully documented
