A bit about the role…
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic candidate to join our Seasonal Team at Mitre 10 MEGA Upper Hutt.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Providing exception Customer Service to our Trade and DIY Customers
- Provide technical information and advice to our customers, ensuring they choose the right product for their project
- Maintain recommended stock levels within the department
- Maintain a safe, clean and tidy work environment
A bit about you…
You don't need to be a expert to be the right person for this job! If you are great at customer service and keen to learn new skills then we will teach you everything you need to know about your department.
For this position we are looking for individuals who:
- Have a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Have confidence using computers and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Are physically fit with the ability to lift heavy items
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have effective time management and organisational skills
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude and are good team players
- Previous retail experience would be an advantage
This is a part time position rostered Friday & Saturday.
