Help us to deliver the Public Service Workforce Strategy for diversity across the Public Service. You will work as part of a dedicated team providing quality advice to the government and agencies on the successful implementation of this strategy.
To be successful in this role you will support the provision of technically sound and practical advice on the drivers of diversity, equity and inclusion to system leaders, Ministers, agencies and entities. You will undertake analysis and develop policy implementation options to support the successful delivery of the work programme. You will also be able to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Public Service Commission Te Kawa Mataaho and with external parties, including government agency and union representatives, and representatives of external interest and working groups.

This position usually pays between $107,146 to $130,507 depending on skills and experience.
