To coordinate home-based care and support services that enable Access clients to live as safely and as independently as possible in their homes and communities.

- Coordinate Home-Based Care: Oversee care and support services to ensure clients live safely and independently.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with team members, clients, and whanau (family) to foster trust and communication.
- Deliver High-Quality Service: Ensure care plans and services are delivered to the highest standards, in line with policies and procedures.
- Manage Support Workers: Coordinate placements to ensure optimal care and client satisfaction.
- Adapt to Client Needs: Respond flexibly to the unique and changing needs of clients within a structured framework.
- Complaint Resolution: Lead the team in addressing and resolving client complaints, escalating issues when necessary, and finding effective solutions.

- Experience in team management, staff training, and rostering.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse groups and resolve conflicts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles in the workplace.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
