An established consultancy with a reputation that precedes them, working closely with customers in the local community having built strong relationships over four decades of exceptional delivery in the land development space. They are thrilled to be looking for an Intermediate to Senior Civil Engineer to join their team.

About the Role
You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team delivering a range of land development and infrastructure projects, particularly in three waters engineering and design, plus contract management, detailing and construction monitoring.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Civil design (earthworks, drainage, roading, and services)
- Engineering plan approvals and coordination with councils
- Site supervision and construction monitoring
- Contract administration (NZS 3910)
- Client and stakeholder coordination
What You'll Need
- 7+ years of experience in land development or civil engineering
- Working knowledge of NZ design standards and consenting processes
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- A collaborative mindset and positive attitude
