About the Team/Service/ Location
You’ll be joining a passionate team of specialists, resident medical officers, nurses, and allied health professionals committed to high-quality, equitable ORL service that spans:
- Acute and elective ORL care across 2 sites (Middlemore Hospital and Manukau Health Park)
- Subspecialties include head and neck cancer, paediatrics, rhinology and otology
- Supervision of trainees and students, service development, and equity-driven initiatives
- A collaborative, supportive, and future-focused working environment

About you
- Eligible for vocational registration in New Zealand (FRACS or equivalent)
- Has experience in high-needs population or a passion for health equity
- Is collegial, collaborative, culturally competent, and committed to lifelong learning
- Enjoys mentoring, service improvement, and making a difference
