About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Clinical Pharmacist, who will join our dynamic Pharmacy team. You would be expected to provide high-quality, effective clinical pharmacy services within a variety of complex critical care caseloads whilst working in a multidisciplinary supportive team environment.
Step into a dynamic clinical pharmacy role where your expertise truly makes a difference. From ward rounds and medicines reconciliation to discharge counselling and dispensary services, you'll be at the heart of promoting safe, high-quality medication use.
You'll lead quality improvement initiatives, shape clinical guidelines, and support seamless care across the hospital. As a mentor, you'll guide early-career pharmacists and inspire the next generation through student education.

About you
You are someone who thrives in high-impact settings and is ready to step into a visible, influential role.
- NZ-registered (or eligible) pharmacist with a BPharm
- 3–5+ years hospital experience: rural generalist skills preferred
- Clinical postgrad qualifications (desirable, not essential)
- A skilled communicator, relationship builder and educator
- Passionate about cultural safety and advancing equity
- Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
