We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer with the versatility to work across Lending Experience modern systems, ensuring quality is embedded at every stage of delivery. This role blends hands-on technical testing expertise with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to QA.
You’ll work closely with engineers, product and business, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions — from Salesforce applications to complex API and Kafka integrations. There’s a mix of automation and manual testing in this role, with a strong focus on identifying high-value opportunities for automation and building domain knowledge that’s well-documented, repeatable, and accessible.
Whether it’s testing SaaS application, validating Kafka downstream, ensuring API robustness, or supporting integration across multiple systems, you’ll help shape the QA practice to meet the needs of both our frontend squads and integration squads.

Key skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, translating complex processes into clear, repeatable steps
- Proficiency in testing modern web applications using Playwright and relevant tools
- Experience with automation frameworks for Kafka and API testing
- Strong programming skills in TypeScript and C#.NET or relevant
- Experience with SaaS application, event-driven and data-intensive applications
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows and CI/CD practices

Balanced approach to manual and automated testing, including integration, end-to-end, performance, and security testing
Bonus (not essential but advantageous to have):
- Experience with production troubleshooting and on-call support
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and Docker
- Experience with bash scripting for build, deploy, and test automation
- Exposure to cloud environments and GitHub Actions
