As a Senior Web Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping and evolving Kiwibank’s digital presence by leading and supporting the delivery of content and development initiatives across our website. You’ll design and build user-centric web journeys using our CMS, applying best practices in UX, accessibility, and content strategy. From leading digital projects and supporting the development of tools like calculators and Salesforce forms. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless, customer-focused web experiences.

At Kiwibank, we’ll help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a digital or web-focused role, with strong content and technical capabilities.
- Expertise in using a CMS to create compelling, user-friendly web content.
- A strong understanding of web accessibility, responsive design, and conversion optimisation.
- Experience managing projects across diverse stakeholder groups, ideally within Agile environments.
- A proactive, team-focused attitude with top-notch communication and time management skills.
