We are a rental company with a large fleet of machinery - and we need a switched-on Service co cordinator to really look after our customers. Key Tasks:
• Respond to all customer calls and requests via phone and email in a timely manner
• Assign, schedule, and dispatch Field Service Technicians
• Proactively communicate with customers to address any issues and ensure a seamless experience
• Prepare and send service reports to customers and internal stakeholders
• Admin tasks as required, including invoicing
• Assist with resource allocation and inventory management
• Performing regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.

The role would ideally suit someone already in a Service Coordinator role, or perhaps a technician who wants to get off the tools. There will be plenty of support in the role. Previous experience in the Automotive or similar service industry is advantageous but not essential.
