Mo te turanga mahi | About the role
We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Service Delivery Analyst to join our Digital Services team. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of IT services across the Ministry.
You'll work closely with the Senior IT Service Delivery Manager and external support teams to ensure our IT services are reliable, responsive, and aligned with the Ministry's business needs. Your work will help ensure our people have the tools and support they need to deliver on our environmental goals.

- Support the day-to-day delivery of IT operational services.
- Help maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent user support.
- Monitor service performance and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with service level agreements and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams to support integrated service delivery.
- Help manage escalations and resolve issues efficiently.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of service delivery processes.
- Prepare regular reports on service performance and user satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IT service management.
Whanuitanga Utu a-Tau | Salary range
Salary range for this role is $79,598 to $96,372 pa. Appointment within this range will be based on skills and experience.
