We have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for providing best practice solutions that enable effective, accurate and timely remediation for customers.

What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
- Create and manage data files required to deliver customer remediations (Mailing, Payments and Diary Notes data)
- Work closely with the Remediation Manager to ensure prioritisation is given in line with the Delivery Plan
- Establish best practice data for the Execution stage including the creation and implementation of key templates, automation and the reusability of code and logic
- Working closely with the Operations team – providing thought leadership for continuous improvement and streamlining of tasks
- Ensuring business rules are adhered to in the management of customer data
What is the team culture and environment like?
We work in a relaxed and understanding environment where everyone is given their own autonomy working towards timelines unique to that remediation. You will be joining a cohesive team – I enjoy interacting with them both from a working and personal level.
What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role?
- 2+ years’ experience in a data role with various database tools such as SAS, Snowflake, DBT or Hadoop and languages such as SQL or Python
- 1 year or more financial services experience, emphasis on compliance and products
- Ability to plan, prioritise and manage tasks independently
- Comfort in developing technical solutions to mitigate or remove manual processes
- Ability to understand and communicate details relating data challenges, how the solution was developed and why to senior stakeholders
