We've got a great opportunity in our Tech team for someone who's passionate about continuous improvement and loves collaborating across teams to drive change. As a Service Improvement Analyst, you'll be key to enhancing how we deliver and support our network services. You'll work alongside the Service Improvement Lead and SNOC Manager to help reduce incidents, speed up resolution times, and identify smarter ways to operate.
How you'll show up | Tu mai Tu Rangatira
- Track and support service improvement plans that target reducing incidents and improving MTTR
- Coordinate Change and Problem Management activities, ensuring actions are followed through and documented
- Analyse trends across change, incident, and network data to find meaningful insights
- Collaborate with SNOC, resolver groups, and vendors to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Keep business stakeholders in the loop on service related initiatives
- Help run post incident reviews and get to the root of the issue
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge of our operational environment
What you'll bring to the mahi
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in network operations, service delivery or service management or similar roles
- Service Now experience preferred but not necessary.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices specifically in Change, Problem, and Incident Management
- Confidence working with data analysis and data insight
- A proactive mindset - you don't just spot problems, you drive solutions
