The Opportunity
We are looking for a Site Manager who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead from the front, managing day-to-day operations on the production floor while supporting and guiding a dedicated team. You will ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and on time, upholding a strong reputation for reliability and excellence.
What You will do
- Oversee site operations and manage daily production activities
- Lead, coach and support a small, tight-knit team
- Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are consistently met
- Collaborate closely with their industry partner to meet delivery targets
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions
