We’re looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead our fast-paced Onehunga Outlet store.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the daily operations of a high-volume store, ensuring strong performance across sales, service, and profitability
- Drive commercial results by achieving and exceeding KPIs, sales targets, and shrinkage control
- Lead a large team with confidence — mentoring, coaching, and building a strong team culture
- Oversee high levels of stock flow and manage visual merchandising across a fast-moving outlet floor
- Control wage costs and execute efficient team rostering
- Maintain compliance with all OH&S standards to create a safe and smooth-running environment

- Previous experience leading a busy retail team or high-volume store
- A confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of retail operations, stock control, and visual merchandising
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and performance targets
