We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our state-of-the-art Super Kitchen site in Awatoto, Napier. In this pivotal role, you'll help keep our world-class products moving, ensuring they reach pet lovers around the globe — on time, in full, and in top condition.
This is a full time permanent role generally working Monday to Friday, although as our site runs 24/7, you will need to be flexible to ensure the smooth running of the site.

Key responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely order loading and container shipments, achieving DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time)
- Manage the Crown contract for Awatoto sites and Infolink asset monitoring
- Oversee weekly stocktakes and ensure inventory accuracy
- Lead the team with rostering, training, and development while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and environmental regulations.
Key requirements:
- Commercially minded with a professional manner
- Experience in a similar role at a similar level
- Knowledge of ERP systems (we use ABEL)
- Positive outlook with a drive for continuous improvement
