- Cutting meat and marinating shawarma
- Baking sweets like Paclava, Harissa and Kunafa
- Preparing vegetables for salad, making hummus, mutabbal, tzatziki and yogurt garlic
- Taking and serving food and beverage orders, and receiving payment from customers
- Wachina cuttina maacurina and mixina fande for cankina
- Taking and serving food and beverage orders, and receiving payment from customers
- Washing, cutting, measuring and mixing foods for cooking
- Prepare food for special dietary requirements like vegetarian, dairy free and others
- Prepare, season and portion sauces, gravies and garnishes
- Operating cooking equipment such as grills, microwaves, deep-fat fryers and cooking equipment
- Cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils
- Ordering and taking delivery of fast-food ingredients
- May arrange delivery of prepared food and beverages
At least one year relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
Guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week
