About the Role
Are you a skilled and confident registered nurse with a passion for acute care and clinical assessment? We are looking for dynamic and experienced nurses to join our Patient at Risk (PAR) Service – a vital service focused on the early recognition and response to patient deterioration across the hospital.
As a member of the PAR team, you will play a critical role in delivering expert clinical assessment, supporting ward staff, and ensuring timely escalation and intervention for deteriorating patients. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work autonomously while being an integral part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a registered nurse with a minimum of five (5) years post-graduate experience
- Be able to demonstrate competence in acute care nursing
- Have experience in critical care and/or emergency department (highly desirable)
- Have strong clinical judgement, advanced assessment skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Have excellent communication, teamwork and leadership capabilities
- Have ACLS Certification level 6
