As a BurgerFuel Store Manager you will work alongside the franchisee, be in charge of the store’s day to day operations, look after a team of high energy staff, create an exceptional customer experience, manage operational processes and of course, the burgers!

Job Description
General Duties:
· Responsibility for all Retailing activities at stores.
· Maintain costs within store guidelines.
· Responsibility for Product Quality.
· To be responsible for Store Rosters.
· To be responsible for in-store Training and Compliance to the Training Needs Analysis.
· To implement the Occupational Health & Safety (OS&H) policy.
· Hygiene and housekeeping.
· Budgeting.
· Risk Management.
· Implement staff disciplinary procedure to the limits of your authority.
· Communicate effectively with employees, peers, and directors.
· Communicate short, mid term and long term plans to your employees.
· Complete and return Key Performance Indicator (KPI) sheet on Monday of each week.
· Complete and return Gross Profit (GP) sheet on Monday morning of each week.
· Complete weekly operational reports.
· Produce post and cost rosters by Wednesday for following week, and check staff finishing times.
· Conduct monthly stock-takes.
· Stock control of the Kitchen.
· Complete product costing.
· Completion of GP Sheets and Weekly/Monthly Cash Up.
· Staff Training communication.
· Documentation of Manuals & Systems Procedural updates
· Complete Midweek status reports
· All issues relating to store operation.
· Statutory requirements (OH & S, Compliance with Code of Practice, HASSAP, Food Hygiene)
· In-store Training.
