About the Role
At Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, our Global Product Supply team ensures the timely and efficient delivery of our innovative medical devices to customers in over 120 countries. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in using data-driven insights to optimise our end-to-end supply chain, from raw material procurement to international customer delivery.
You’ll work across business units to identify improvement opportunities, enhance performance metrics, and deliver scalable analytics solutions. You’ll also support strategic project initiatives focused on increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing supply chain visibility.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with stakeholders across global teams to deliver insights that improve decision-making and operational performance.
- Develop and maintain robust dashboards, reports, and analytical models to monitor Product Supply KPIs.
- Leverage data to identify bottlenecks, forecast trends, and recommend optimisation strategies across procurement, production, logistics, and distribution.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives such as improving margin, enhancing supplier performance, and reducing lead times.
- Use tools like Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to automate processes and enhance self-service reporting capabilities.
- Assist in transforming business requirements into scalable analytics solutions with minimal manual intervention.
About You
You’re an analytically minded professional with a passion for solving complex, ambiguous supply chain challenges. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively, using data to uncover actionable insights, and translating those into tangible business outcomes.
You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and your strong communication skills make it easy for you to engage with senior stakeholders.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Enjoys solving puzzles and believes every question has a right answer, hidden in the data.
- Has a solid understanding of supply chain principles and end-to-end value chains.
- Has a passion for turning raw data into meaningful business insight.
- Loves working with tools like SQL, Excel (Power Query, VBA), Power BI, and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Is comfortable working with ambiguity and autonomy, using creative problem-solving skills.
- Always seeks opportunities to streamline and automate workflows.
- Keeps up with trends in analytics and data technology and is excited by continuous learning.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years in an analytical or supply chain-focused role.
- Proven experience with:
- SQL Server, SAP, or other enterprise data tools
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate for process automation, Power Apps for custom applications, Dataverse for data management)
- Advanced Excel (including VBA)
- Power BI (data modelling, DAX, data visualization, Power Query)
- Python or R is advantageous but not required
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
