Join our growing New Zealand supply chain operation in a key coordination role that supports our global distribution strategy. We’re looking for a meticulous and driven Supply Chain Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong Excel and export experience to the table. Reporting to the Group Supply Chain Manager this is a permanent full-time opportunity to join our growing New Zealand supply chain operation and become an integral part of our team.
As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll play a key supporting role in day-to-day supply chain activities, supply and distribution processes, inventory planning, and reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and be part of a collaborative, supportive team.
More specifically you will be involved in:
- Supply Chain – Assist in purchasing, planning and execute logistics plans across domestic and export markets – ensuring on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery
- Stakeholder management – Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers & suppliers
- Collaborate with third-party manufacturers and logistics providers to manage global inventory flow
- Reporting – Generate meaningful reports with your Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills, including inventory analysis, vendor performance reviews and ad-hoc reports.
- Raise, maintain and track purchase orders using our ERP system (Oracle)
- Prepare and manage export trade documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations across multiple markets
- Analytical Tasks – Data collation, creating and maintaining models to track supply chain efficiency and identify improvement opportunities
- Analyse replenishment data and report on PO performance and inventory levels using advanced Excel tools
- Lead inventory reconciliations for assigned global warehouses
More about you;
- You will have 3-5 years’ experience in a supply chain role, preferably in the Dairy, FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience working on Oracle, SAP or other ERP will be highly regarded.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data reconciliation, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Intermediate to advanced level of Power BI.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or procurement
- Exposure to international shipping and export documentation
- Excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset
