What you will do
As our Talent Programme Partner, you'll be the driving force behind our social outcomes and early career programmes. Your mission will be to:
- Design and lead Graduate, Intern, and Cadet Programmes that open doors for emerging talent.
- Develop programmes that support social outcomes within the communities we work within.
- Build strong partnerships with schools, universities, iwi, and industry bodies to create clear pathways into construction.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and equitable opportunities for diverse groups.
- Provide pastoral care and support, ensuring participants not only succeed but flourish.
- Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and community groups to deliver impactful initiative.

- Experience in talent development, recruitment, or social outcomes programmes.
- Experience in early career development with knowledge of tertiary pathways
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, collaborating across business, community groups, iwi, and NGOs
- A knack for building programmes that blend structure, learning, and real-world experience.
- Passion for mentoring and supporting people from diverse backgrounds.
