What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee roofing projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Mentor and train junior roofers, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Perform various roofing tasks, including installation, repairs, and inspections.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the roofing industry, with a focus on both commercial and/or residential projects.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a small team.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
