About the Role
The purpose of the role is to provide efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support to the team of ICU Consultants, ICU CNM, ACNMs and Nurse educators.

About you
The suitable applicant will already work part-time or casually for the organisation in a Secretarial or Personal assistant role, but wanting to pick up additional hours and learn a new and challenging role. you will have a high degree of maturity and professionalism, the ability to learn quickly, respond to competing demands, problem-solve, and fit in well with the diverse team. You will have proven excellent communication skills, demonstrated application of the organisational values, and be proficient in all relevant organisational programmes and applications. Experience in a NZ Public health organisation is essential.
