We're now looking for an Integration Managed Services Technical Lead who thrives on solving complex problems, shaping technical vision, and mentoring teams to deliver outstanding operational excellence. What You'll Do
As a Technical Lead for our integration managed services team, you will act as the main point of contact for technical guidance. You will be responsible for upskilling the team and expanding the practice of this essential 24/7 capability. You will be a team player who thrives on challenges and building a strong team around you. Your technical leadership will be vital in guiding and mentoring the managed services team, while ensuring high standards across all operations. You will:
- Assist with the allocation of work to Managed Services Team Members, to reflect their level of experience and competencies.
- Liaise with other business functions, such as the Development and Architecture Teams, to ensure the appropriate allocation of resources in support of achieving customer outcomes.
- Provide mentoring, coaching and support to team members with a focus on enhancing service management capabilities within Fusion5.
- Work as a crucial component of a project team responsible for enhancing existing systems or developing new systems and/or services.
- Analyse requirements and defining program parameters and specifications.
- Provide accurate estimates for Managed Services offerings to the Delivery Lead/Project Manager, who will use them as a basis for quoting costs to the client.
- Analyse problems in software development and guiding the rectification of faults in programs.
- Implement initiatives to improve quality of customised solutions and deliver over customer expectations.
- 5+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or senior development roles.
- Proven experience in operations covering on-call and 24/7.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, modern integration patterns, and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on technical experience in integration development, monitoring, alerting and deployment/ release practices.
- Experience working with stakeholders and clients in complex environments, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with IT service management and agile delivery methods.
