About the Role
As a Telephonist, you will be the first point of contact for callers to the hospital, providing a professional and pleasant telephone experience. You'll manage incoming calls, direct queries, and support hospital operations through efficient communication and coordination. Outside of regular hours, you'll work independently, ensuring continuity and responsiveness.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and has a strong customer service ethos.

Our Telephony team plays a vital role in supporting hospital operations and patient care. We work collaboratively to ensure all communications are handled efficiently and professionally, contributing to a positive experience for all stakeholders.
