Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and motivated Tractor Operators to join our team during our peak summer season from November to April.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tractors for a variety of tasks, including maize planting and harvesting, ground preparation, hay and silage production, and more.
- Perform maintenance and care for equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to meet project deadlines and uphold our high standards of quality.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience operating tractors and agricultural machinery.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, during peak season.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- A valid driver's license and relevant certifications.
