In this role, you’ll manage and optimise critical tools—such as schedule tracking databases and dashboards—to provide deep insight into delivery performance, emerging risks, and standards compliance. You’ll collaborate across teams and with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact reporting and analysis, supporting robust decision-making and governance—right up to Board level.

For this role we are looking for a technically minded Analyst to join our passionate, high-performing team. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:
- Has a curious and analytical mindset, and experience applying different analytic techniques to understand what’s really going on.
- Has strong technical capabilities – ideally with Microsoft products to advanced level (Excel Power Query, VBA), or experience with reporting platforms (SQL). Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
- Is a clear communicator who’s comfortable engaging at all levels, confident challenging assumptions, and able to simplify complex information.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, brings a strategic mindset, and has experience with transformation, consulting, or project delivery.
