Job Overview:
The ideal candidates will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and tour packages. The role requires excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with travel inquiries, bookings, and itinerary planning.
- Provide travel recommendations based on customer preferences and budget.
- Handle flight reservations, hotel bookings, car rentals, and tour packages.
- Process visa applications, travel insurance, and other necessary travel documents.
- Communicate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Address customer concerns, cancellations, and changes professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated with travel trends, airline policies, visa regulations, and tourism guidelines.
- Promote special travel deals and packages to clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must have minimum 3 years relevant work experience or tertiary qualification
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
