Travel Consultant (IATA Certified Preferred)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Travel Consultant to join our team.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting tailored travel experiences for our clients, including flights, accommodations, and visa support. You will work closely with individuals and families, including those migrating or travelling for work, education, or leisure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end travel planning and bookings
- Arrange flights, hotels, travel insurance, and transfers
- Offer expert advice on travel documents, visa requirements, and destination-specific rules
- Coordinate complex itineraries, including multi-country routes
- Liaise with travel suppliers and maintain current knowledge of international travel regulations
Requirements:
- At least 1–2 years’ experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar travel-related role
- Proficiency in global distribution systems (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
- IATA certification preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client bookings
- Prior experience with visa or immigration-related travel is a bonus
Nice to Have:
- Fluency in additional languages such as Hindi, Punjabi, or Farsi etc. is a bonus.
- Experience handling relocation or corporate travel services
- Familiarity with New Zealand’s immigration and travel system
