We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our teams across multiple underground mining projects in New Zealand.

The Opportunity:
We’re on the lookout for skilled and motivated individuals to join our team and contribute to a range of exciting underground mining projects. Whether you’re bringing prior experience or looking to take the next step in your underground career, we want to hear from you.
Position Details:
- Roster: Even time roster available - 7&7
- Engagement: DIDO or Residential preferred
- Accommodation option provided
- Pay: Competitive rates with consistent, long-term work opportunities
About You:
To be successful in this role:
- Previous underground mining experience, particularly in construction, infrastructure development, or service crew operations (preferred but not essential)
- Proven experience operating underground trucks or heavy machinery such as loaders, Moxys, ITs, or similar (highly regarded)
- A trade qualification (e.g. mechanical, fabrication, electrical) or hands-on experience in a relevant trade environment
- A genuine commitment to a zero-harm safety culture and actively contributing to a safe working environment
- Excellent work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team
- The ability to read and interpret basic instructions, plans, or standard operating procedures
- A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive and team-oriented approach
- High levels of self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Physical fitness and resilience to perform manual labour and operate in demanding underground environments
- A clean National Police Clearance (or the willingness to obtain one)
- The ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, including drug and alcohol screening and a functional capacity assessment
