What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
Carrying out WOF and COF inspections in line with AA and NZTA standards
Producing accurate verbal and written reports on vehicle inspections
Providing excellent customer service and professional advice
Promoting relevant AA services and products that meet customer needs
Contributing to team targets and ensuring a safe, tidy, and compliant workspace
About You | Mōu
Minimum WOF Certification (COFB Certification is a bonus!)
One of the following qualifications (or NZQA-validated equivalent):
NZ Trade Certificate or Advanced Trade in Heavy Automotive
National A-Grade Registration (Heavy Vehicles)
NZ Certificate in Heavy Automotive Engineering (Level 4 or higher)
Solid understanding of vehicle systems including suspension, brakes, safety equipment, and lighting
Great communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude
Full NZ Driver Licence (Class 5 preferred)
