As our Web Performance Manager, you’ll lead the performance function looking after Kiwibank.co.nz, setting benchmarks and KPIs that align with our customer-first purpose. With a strong focus on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), you’ll design, implement, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to refine user journeys and boost conversion. Leveraging tools like Google Analytics and Power BI you’ll deliver actionable insights for optimisation. You’ll also lead SEO strategy—conducting audits, optimising content, and collaborating with external agencies and internal teams to ensure high performance. This role is ideal for a proactive, insight-driven leader who thrives in a culture of experimentation, performance, and continuous improvement.

At Kiwibank, we’ll help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- 7+ years’ experience in digital or ecommerce environments.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency and experience in tools like Google Analytics, Optimizely, SEMrush, or similar.
- People leadership skills growing and developing direct reports
- Ability to drive strong commercial outcomes through experimentation and insights.
- Great communication, data interpretation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with ambition to drive results in a fast-paced environment
