The Opportunity
We are seeking a Work Management Centre (WMC) Service Representative , based in Auckland. The WMC Representative will be scheduled to work from 12:30pm to 9:00pm , Thursday through Monday, with Tuesday and Wednesday as your designated days off. Flexibility is essential for this role, as working hours and days may vary depending on the needs of the company.

In this role, you’ll be supporting our Energy & Utilities division by managing inbound customer and client requests, dispatching work orders, and ensuring that service levels and KPIs are met. Your day to day may look like:
- Responding to inbound calls, emails and escalating as required
- Manage and dispatch work orders, liaising with clients, field staff and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of services
- Monitor and track job progress through Microsoft Dynamics
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards. Company processes and policies
- Perform accurate data entry, record keeping, interaction note entry and jeopardy management of the job lifecycle.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in providing quality customer service through sound communication and customer management skills, including issue and conflict resolution. Think outside of the box.
- Proven team player, able to work toward common goals and participate in quality improvements
- Demonstrated keyboard skills, proven speed in typing and competence in operating computerized systems such as databases, email and Windows driven packages
- Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge (or already have knowledge) of service and products
- Ability to work unsupervised and effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating independence and drive and ownership and commitment
