  • Knowledge of STIHL products is a bonus, but not essential
  • Sales acumen and experience in retail sales, parts coordination, or tools/hardware
  • Excellent customer service skills – friendly, helpful, and professional under pressure
  • Well-organised with sharp attention to detail
  • Confident using IT systems and digital tools
  • Self-motivated, quick to learn, and a reliable team player
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to muck in
  • Leadership potential and a desire to grow within the team

Why join us?

  • Competitive salary
  • Staff discounts
  • Work with premium-quality brand and a respected global brand
  • Development and training – Excellent on-going training and development opportunities
  • Supportive Management – People focused management that strives to create an excellent staff and customer culture
