Key responsibilities are:
- Preparing and baking a variety of yeast-based products including breads, rolls, and specialty items
- Following recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive bakery team
Requirements:
- Proven Experience as a baker, particularly with yeast dough
- Strong understanding of baking techniques, measurements and Equipment's.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
