What you will do:

  • Develop and implement annual customer business plans to achieve strategic goals.
  • Drive service performance to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Work with customers to identify opportunities for process improvements that boost productivity and add value to DHL services.
  • Lead customer reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Take ownership of accurate and timely customer billing and invoice payments.
  • Resolve customer issues and manage escalations as the primary contact.
  • Identify new business opportunities, and lead customer renewals.
  • Support warehouse operations by driving continuous improvement initiatives, including cost-reduction opportunities.

What you will bring:

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—confident in presenting, negotiating, and influencing.
  • Experience in client management, including meeting SLAs and performance targets.
  • Professionalism in presentation – dress and manner when meeting and liaising with Clients.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • A proactive mindset—able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • A degree in Business, Management, or Supply Chain (preferred but not required).
