What you will do:
- Develop and implement annual customer business plans to achieve strategic goals.
- Drive service performance to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Work with customers to identify opportunities for process improvements that boost productivity and add value to DHL services.
- Lead customer reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Take ownership of accurate and timely customer billing and invoice payments.
- Resolve customer issues and manage escalations as the primary contact.
- Identify new business opportunities, and lead customer renewals.
- Support warehouse operations by driving continuous improvement initiatives, including cost-reduction opportunities.
What you will bring:
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—confident in presenting, negotiating, and influencing.
- Experience in client management, including meeting SLAs and performance targets.
- Professionalism in presentation – dress and manner when meeting and liaising with Clients.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- A proactive mindset—able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- A degree in Business, Management, or Supply Chain (preferred but not required).
