Mō mātou | About us: People and Workplace Analytics
The People and Workplace Analytics team delivers best practice people and workplace data, research, and analytics services to Inland Revenue. The team is also at the spearhead of an enterprise initiative to develop the right products and architecture for Enterprise Reporting and Insights. This role will provide analytical expertise across a wide, varied, and challenging programme, including being a key contributor to the design and build of Enterprise Reporting and Insights products.

You will join a diverse team of analytics professionals, leading the development of reporting, analytics and insights to track progress and inform decisions Te Tari Taake needs to make in relation to the size and shape of our workforce, property and workplace and environmental behaviours.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst with strong data integrity, critical thinking, and technical skills to lead the design and build of intelligent reporting, and individual research enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A demonstrated ability to deliver insightful reporting that is of value to the business
- Proven strength in partnering with the business to assess key challenges in order to deliver appropriate analytics
- A strong focus on collaborating in an open and mana enhancing manner with both technical and non-technical people
- Proven aptitude for testing data integrity and taking proactive action to investigate and remedy any errors or inconsistencies
- Experience using SQL coding and building data visualisations
- Experience working with the Oracle Fusion Cloud suite an advantage
- The ability to work autonomously and lead projects, offering expert advice to others
- Experience delivering accurate reporting for both internal and external audiences
