Ko te turanga mahi | About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to support, monitor and analyze a range of business activities within the Property Services and wider MIT business in the Tamaki region. Reporting to the Team Lead - Assets this newly created position will be key to the success of the team and the wider organization's business units. Your mandate will be to document best practice through process improvement monitoring and reporting across the following business activities:
- Asset Data Standards, and data capture
- Built Asset information
- Asset Management (AM) system
- Property and Campus Services Capex Process
- Buildings and Floor Plans
- Asset System Management
- Performance Reporting
- Performance and Development Management
- Relationship Management
The successful applicant will bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Analytical, Planning and Reporting, Asset Planning, Policy Writing or similar outcomes.
- High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Projects.
- Commercially astute with demonstrated commercial experience
- Strong experience in business improvement planning and implementation
- Proven ability to build rapport, maintain excellent relationships and work effectively and collaboratively with others across a broad cross section of people
- Proven experience in CAD, GIS or other spatial systems
- Must hold and maintain a valid, full NZ vehicle driver's license
- Experience with Asset Management systems will be a distinct advantage
Working closely with Project Managers, Faculties and Service Departments the successful candidate will pride themselves on their strong interpersonal skills, and negotiation and conflict resolution ability. We seek a team member who is innovative with exceptional attention to detail and organization skills. You will need to be able to troubleshoot and problem solve complex issues whilst maintaining excellent relationships with other project managers and key stakeholders.
