About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Clinical Resource Nurse to join our Relief Team in a casual capacity. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who thrives on variety and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across a range of clinical areas. You will provide short-notice support across inpatient wards, working collaboratively with teams to ensure continuity of care and best practice standards. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, learning new skills, and making a real difference each day, this is the role for you.
About the Team/Service/ Location
Our Relief Team plays a vital role in supporting inpatient services throughout Hawke’s Bay Fallen Soldier’s Memorial Hospital. You’ll join a highly skilled and flexible group of nurses who step in where needed most, ensuring patients receive timely, consistent, and safe care. Every day brings new opportunities to work alongside diverse teams and contribute meaningfully to the wider hospital environment.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current APC.
- Have a minimum of two years’ clinical experience in an acute care setting.
- Be flexible and confident in adapting to various clinical environments.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be passionate about providing high standards of care and supporting colleagues in a collaborative way.
