We are looking for a Claims Administrator to join our dynamic Service team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities include claim lodgement, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with clients and internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and adept at problem-solving.
