We are Horticulture company AH Horticulture limited in Gisborne looking for multiple Field/Client Managers to join our company. The roles are on permanent and Ongoing basis. The roles will be based in Goisborne. Pay rate will be between 30 to 35 per hour. The work will be rostered between Monday to Sunday guaranteed for 30 hours per week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly and effectively with growers and workers
- Analyze clients' requirements and develop strategic plans for current and future needs
- Select appropriate workers for specific sites and recruit additional workers
Determine staff requirements and recruit accordingly
- Organist pre-employment and employment documents for field staff
- Visit and assess work sites prior to any commencement of contracts
- Identify and resolve problems at work sites
- Ensure that work sites are safe and all health and safety requirements are met at all times Conduct regular site inspections
- Ensure the well-being and pastoral care of all staff(transport and accommodation)
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients for further growth and development
- Review services to clients and assess client feedback to develop ways to improve customer service and
- Responsible for quality control and consistency in standard of service provided by staff
Job Requirements-
Previous work experience of 2 years
Or Business/Client Relationship Diploma level quaalification
Abilty to work on weekends and public holiday
