Ko te tūranga mahi | About the role

As a Client Services Manager, you'll be the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of clients across KiwiSaver, superannuation schemes, managed investment funds, debt securities, and structured finance products. You'll play a key role in understanding their business, risks, and governance, while fulfilling fiduciary responsibilities as a supervisor and trustee.

  • Lead client relationships and build trust with key stakeholders
  • Align supervisory activities with clients' strategic goals
  • Review and negotiate key legal and financial documents
  • Stay current with regulatory developments and industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service

Ko wai koe | About you

You're a confident relationship manager with a strong understanding of financial services, governance, and compliance. You enjoy working with purpose, building trust with clients, and navigating complex regulatory environments with clarity and care.

  • 5+ years' experience in professional services, investment management, or trustee-related roles
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interpret legal and financial documents
  • Skilled at managing client relationships and understanding their strategic goals
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
  • Bonus: Familiarity with corporate trustee responsibilities, financial markets legislation and regulatory frameworks
